We are a group of students at CCNY who wants to help our fellow classmates in achieving their goals in a healthy lifestyle!
There are many different kinds of workout and they all have different purposes. The most common workouts are Cross-fit, bodybuilding, Power-lifter. People do Cross-fit for variance different reasons like for the sake of challenging themselves, getting stronger, building muscle, and keeping a toned and a healthy body. What makes Cross-fit different from bodybuilding and Power-lifting is body builders’ main concern is to get a bigger body but Cross-fitters concentrate on getting a stronger body. Also, Power-lifter concentrate on increasing how much weight they lift, Cross-fitter concentrate on increasing their endurance and stamina.
Now knowing what is the difference, We, at CCNY have developed a Cross-fitting lifestyle!
